Product Description
These high quality kits from K&L contain all necessary components to rebuild one valve. Kits are made in Japan by the same original equipment manufacturers that make them for Honda, however cost only a fraction of the OEM replacement parts. Replaces Honda OEM 16048-413-004.
The air cut-off valves create an instantly rich mixture when closing the throttle by blocking the slow jet air passage. This prevents an excessively lean condition which can cause "popping" and/or possible engine damage. A leaking or non functioning air cut-off valve will cause excessive exhaust "popping" or backfiring either through the carbs or exhaust.
