REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy is simple to remember and is based on common sense: 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with The Power-Barn, even when you are not happy. We will gladly return your unused item within 45 days of purchase for a full refund with no restocking fees!   After 45 days there will be some sort of restocking fee because after this point we can no longer recover our fees for the original transaction.  Since the original shipping charges paid for a service that was rendered we cannot refund original shipping costs even though we’d like to.  In order to qualify the item must not have been installed/worn or attempted to have been installed/worn.  That’s it!

If you are having difficulties determining if you qualify ask yourself the question “Would I accept this product as new and unused from the Power-Barn?”  If the answer is no then chances are we will not accept your return as new and unused.  However, rest assured we will still work with you and help you find a refund!  If this is your case then simply contact us and we’ll find a solution.

Has your product stopped performing or do you need warranty support?  We work with ALL manufactures that we represent, so you never have to worry if you’ll have full warranty support.  Just contact us and we’ll help you get riding again.


Special orders or drop shipped orders will be refunded only with prior authorization.  Because these items are not normally stocked (Special Order) there is a re-stocking fee for these items.  Re-stocking fees will vary based on manufacturer and items ordered, please contact us in advance for details.  

PLEASE NOTE: Many products that we sell are sold for Racing Use Only and so no manufacturer warranty exists.  There is no warranty for those products neither expressly or implied.  Installation must be performed by qualified mechanics that are capable of installing and configuring high performance motorcycle products.  In these cases the products are guaranteed to work upon installation only and must be installed by a qualified motorcycle mechanic.  If you have any questions regarding the warranty of a particular product just contact us and we'll clarify this for you.

 

SHIPPING POLICIES

Every effort is made to ship every item as quickly as possible.  Orders will almost always ship within 24 hours of being received.  Occasionally additional parts or backordered items may be needed to complete your order and our lead times are small.  In this case we will notify you typically within 12 hours of placing your order.

We use the United States Postal Service along with Fedex for the transportation of our products to you.  UPS shipping is also available upon request.  Every effort is made to offer the most economical shipping method available for each particular product.  All shipping options may not be offered for all products because of certain limitations.  Higher value items will ship USPS Priority or Express for international and FEDEX for domestic.  This is because of insurance and tracking requirements.

 

If an item is not arriving in a timely manner please contact us.  We will do our best to try and track your items.  

 

PLEASE NOTE:  First Class mail, both domestic and international, does NOT offer tracking or insurance capabilities, only delivery confirmation.  If you select this method for shipping please be aware your items will not be able to be tracked nor will they have indemnity coverage.  If they get lost in shipment there is no recourse.  This is also true with USPS Small Flat Rate boxes, there is no tracking and no insurance.

All free shipping items will ship via the method of our choice and will have insurance and indemnity coverage.  Expedited shipping for these items is available for an additional cost.

 

PRICING POLICY

Our products are sold with the lowest margin we can accept that will still allow us to operate successfully.  We do not accept offers on any of our products, however we do welcome the opportunity to price beat any of our competitor's products.  To qualify the competitor's price must be published and available to the general public.  Special offers or deals available specifically to an individual do not qualify. Either give us a call or submit an email to us with the published item for review.

 

BACKORDER POLICY

It is extremely difficult to have all products on hand at all times.  Some products are only ordered on a per order basis and other products may actually ship to you directly from our distributor or manufacturer.  If you happen to buy an item that is not in stock we will offer you two options.  We will hold your order to fill or offer you a full 100% refund immediately.  If an item is backordered it typically only takes about 2-4 business days to restock and fill the order.

 

CREDIT CARDS

To keep fraudulent activity to a minimum and to keep your prices as low as possible we may ask you to verify your transaction.  There are a variety of methods we may use to verify your transaction, please do not be offended if we ask you for more information regarding your transaction. 

 

PLEASE NOTE:  We prosecute fraudulent transactions to the fullest extent and work closely with law enforcement officials and internet agencies in this regard.
